I’ve been gathering with parents and families for a long time now, and one thing I know for sure is this:
It is always worth taking a bit of time to pause and become more conscious before entering a new season.
Especially summer.
Summer can be beautiful, joyful, connective, spontaneous, and full of life. It can also be overstimulating, disorienting, exhausting, and surprisingly intense for families. The rhythms change quickly, and it’s very easy to get swept into the movement of it all without ever really considering how you want the season to feel.
And honestly? The summers when I take the time to slow down, reflect, and get intentional about what matters most are almost always better.
Not perfect. Just more connected.
More grounded.
More alive.
More satisfying to actually live inside.
I created this gathering as a space to do exactly that together.
A space to pause before the season fully begins.
To notice what’s happening in your life and family.
To reconnect with yourself.
To think about the atmosphere you want to create in your home and family.
And to identify simple, meaningful ways to stay connected to what matters while life is in motion.
I would truly love to spend this time with you.
Warmly,
Carrie
