We are in it!

The holiday season is underway and there’s a lot still to happen before the new year.

Winter break and travels and gatherings and meals and gifts and giving and all the things that can be oh so fun and oh so exhausting.

The good news is YOU GET TO CHOOSE.

In order to make those choices, you need to take the time to stop and clarify what it is you are going for this year. And, that’s not always so easy when the season is rolling along... And, yet, it's hard to hear the answers in the midst of the day-to-day busyness of (family) life.

But what if?

What if you paused and considered…

>> The deeper meaning of it all for you and yours

>> How you want to feel in the midst of the want tos and the have tos

>> What you need to feel aligned and present so you can savor the holiday season

What would the next few weeks be like if you gave yourself time and space to consider the hows and whats and whens and wheres and most importantly WHYs of it all, before stuff really gets cooking?

Give yourself a pause with a purpose

  • You, exhaling and appreciating all that’s happened already.

  • You, considering and clarifying what’s ahead.

  • You, tuning in and tuning up so you can be awake and alive to the experiences you want to savor.

Give yourself this time

My intention is that participants walk away feeling relaxed, reinvigorated and ready for whatever lies ahead. Sounds good, right? Don't delay. Get in on the goodness! And if you have questions about this event or if the price is a barrier, reach out.

“Speaking of which, the holiday intentions call was so awesome. We got so much out of it. I thought I was already pretty clear but there were some surprises! And Henry and I were very much on the same page about so much of it, which was also surprising. We both wanted snuggles and cocoa and relaxing time together and to see lights. And because we'd been so clear in identifying what we wanted, it was extra satisfying to recognize, "look! we're here! this is what we wanted!" ”

“I feel like I am marinating in the concept we explored & feeling so very grateful for the time & intention. The expectation of showing up for myself in order to determine how I want to show up for myself & my people has been a wild, positive shift. I feel invited, not oppressed or obligated, into ‘self-care.’ ”

- April

“I've been so enriched by your words and guiding questions and I so appreciate them amidst the joyful yet tumultuous times in which we live. I’m a firm believer that we create and can master the outcomes of our daily reality so thank you for helping my wife and I create more meaning in ours. ”
